His expertise lies in Consulting, Advisory and Litigation Practice in the field of Indirect Tax Laws, including GST, Central Excise, Service Tax, Customs, VAT, SEZ, FTP etc. He has been active on the GST front, right from issue of the first Draft GST Model Law in June 2016. He has conducted numerous seminars & corporate conferences, along with being actively involved in imparting GST knowledge and training at various levels of corporate hierarchy.

Vinay Sejpal, being a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant with in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of Financial Accounting, has played an integral role in the implementation of GST at various levels of material logistics movement, accounting and IT module setup, along with advising and training of staff at corporate accounts office and at the factory level.

Vinay Sejpal has successfully handled indirect tax & direct tax litigations at various levels of adjudication and appellate proceedings, right up to the Tribunal. He has been actively involved in instructing Counsels for High Court and Supreme Court.
